The UNI 11673-2: 2019 standard defines the requirements relating to the professional activity of the window installer, ie the subject operating professionally in the context of the relative installation in buildings both newly built and existing, in terms of knowledge, ability and competence following the European qualification framework. Torsellini Vetro certified the skills of its staff according to the "European Qualifications Framework" EQF * with Dekra, a certification body accredited by Accredia. The certification of staff is a tool through which you can distinguish the professionals who have acquired, and maintain over time through continuous training, the knowledge and practice necessary for the performance of their work activities. The obtaining of the certification involves the overcoming of an examination (whose structure depends on the provisions of the certification scheme) in which commissions are present sector experts capable of evaluating the expertise of the examinations. The maintenance of the certification also involves periodic surveillance of skills. * European Qualifications Framework EQF is the classification system in the European context of professions not organized in orders or colleges, such as that of the door layers.
